well, there were list members evrywhere! spectating, racing, bench racing,
beer drinking, wine drinking, watching movies, and roaming VIR's beautifull
grounds! evry time i turned around there was yet another list member
passing by or heading out to the grid for another round of dodging the oil
and rain drops. from the amount of people i saw (hey! i'm dyslexic...i
lost count!) i'd say it was one very significant gathering of spridgets list
members! between the rain and constant activities and tuning being done
there was not as much socialization as i would have preferred. my trying to
sort out my sports racer and the rain seriously kept me from getting out to
visit with evryone i wanted to spend more time with. i apologise! i did
not get all the track time i wanted to but learned a ton of things that must
be learned with a new car with no specifications for initial settings. so i
over heated twice and got towed in once. hey the car is still running and
in one piece. as soon as i can muster the funds it will be back in
competition again. and untill then i'll drive my orange 1960 saab 93F
sedan.
