Allan,
I also restored a 60 bugeye and I ALSO forward tilted the bonnet. We came
up with a hinging system that was pretty simple. I have pictures of the
hinges we fabricated and where we hinged the bonnet. Email me offline and I
can forward some pretty good pics of it.
