it won't work on my mk1 1962,..thats the problem!..but i do have later
model drums on the rear ,.and shoes from a later model also ,..are these
different from the earlyer mk 1's?..the linkages are clean and fine and
move very well,.but it appears (with the drums removed) the shoes are
not being pushed all the way out inspite of all the adjusting?..i even
have thought the adjuster itself is worn out....

the car itself on the move brakes very well and stops on a dime,..but i
live on a hill and getting tired of rolling starts untill the little
brute warms up.

any ideas lads?
