Okay, let me add some more information to the problem:

This is on an MGB.  I've discovered that I'm too tall to fit in a B (end 
up scrunching down to see out when the top is up and peek OVER the 
windshield when the top is down).  The girl I'm dating is as tall as I 
am and also doesn't fit in the B.  I want to sell the thing and use the 
money for an engine rebuild underway for the '72 Midget, which I do fit 
and enjoy a lot more.  I don't want to spend more money on the B.
