Those prices are very good. As far as shipping, just pack an XXL sweat shirt
in a padded envelope and have the post office figure the shipping. (If you
can weigh the package, you can get the price on-line.) USPS is the same for
the entire country. Add the cost of the envelope and round it up to the next
dollar, then everyone pays the same price for shipping. You could do the same
for a XXL T-shirt, which may be a little cheaper. (We tight!)
