2. Thanks , Chuck for the instruction to just replace the swaybar link.  That
little bugger, I can't tell any difference between it and the new one, but the
clunk is gone!

3. And Frank, durn I like that alignment method with the tape measure!!!!  I'm
pretty sure it works because I have been able to replicate the results.  Next
to the Mini.....
