As much as I absolutely empathize with
Frank, he is one guy who really does
need to read this so he can properly
determine who the "bad guys" really are.
Locals of foreign descent have nothing
whatever to do with the state of affairs that so pisses Frank off.
I understand how frustrating it is having to work with sub-standard
parts, most especially on the job. I have buddies who
are builders in my area...I know the story.
But the "locals" aren't the bad guys. They
are not the ones "giving away" our mfg.
and/or technology.
