Horn contact

On the subject of horns....
I have a 66 Sprite and couldn't get the horn to work. Removal of the horn
button revealed the little round plastic piece in the middle of the
steering wheel was in pieces.  What's it called and where can I find one?
If it's inth typical catalos, I missed it. I have the hern temporarily
wired to a button on the dash where the SPRITE insignia should be, but I'd
like to do it correctly.
