WST....

While it gets the job done, it's like most
things in the US. It's intitial "well intended" purpose becomes
"perverted" into a
cash cow....it becomes "a business".

Speaking of which, anyone checked on the present cost of having and
bringing
up a little one through at least 4 years of
college these days? Really...talk about
commercial enterprise! :(
