no lbc, suburban question

I know there are a lot of automotive gurus here, so even though this 
isn't LBC related, thought someone might know.

An old coworker of my husband's has a 1987 Chevy Suburban for sale. 
It's in great shape and is a fair price. We had previously decided we 
want an older suburban for a variety of reasons.

  Anyway, it doesn't have a third row seat. We really want the third 
row. So does anyone know if we could ad one to this year?
