Greasy Bonnet

I've been trying to clean up the underside of a hood that's had a lot of oil 
caked up on it ('77 with Triumph 1500 engine) in preparation for doing the 
smoothing and paint prep for it.  A combination of oven cleaner, brush,  and 
power washer has gotten most of it.  However, there are places up under the 
edges that are hard to get to.

Anybody have any tricks for cleaning up in the cracks and crevices?
