No you're not. YOU are not the problem,
Brad. Either am I, who was a unionized
employee for years.

You are personalizing this. Try not to, to
the extent you are. Back off a bit and
try to be more objective.

There are lousy workers and lousy bosses, managers, union or not. And
there are good ones of each category,
union or not.

Unions (like anything else) have an
upside and a downside. We all know
this. Do they do a lot of good? Yes.
Do they (like management) sometimes
get out of hand and do bad? Yes.

My point is....which came first? Why
a union in the first place? How did it
get started? Where did it come from?
Why?
