Hello,

I have the 1500, with the standard exhaust, no air pump and a Webber dvg.
I just finished tuning the darn thing, and ended up leaning the carb a WHOLE
lot!!
It comes standard with .55 idle jet, 140 main jet, 160 main air corrector
and it is now running (perfectly) .47 idle, 1.20 main with 190 air
corrector.
I also changed the secondary air corrector from the 165 (I believe) to
180...

I did the tuning by ear, driving and using a color tune... Although there is
not much change in power, the engine is running WAY smother (I now idle
smoothly at around 600 rpm, while before it was rough at 900), and the gas
mileage is just GREAT!
I was going at speed ranging from 65mph to 45mph. The first 50 miles or so
were faster, using both primary and secondary throat in the dvg, I then
slowed down to speed where I knew only the primary was used...

Ho, I had the top down, we were 2 peoples in the car, and I was using mid
range gas.
