I know all about changing jobs and
divorces, Bree. BTDT many times
over, and like anything else, it gets
easier with experience (even with kids)
'cause you know what to expect, obviously!
I'm a commercial pilot who came up
when there were no jobs and
an ex-airline pilot, to boot!! And
better than 80% of those I know have
been through both as well, most WITH
kids.
Your case is (unfortunately) nothing
special, and this is not said with anything
but friendly understanding, believe me,
as both changing jobs and divorce are
a sign of the times we live in, here in
the good 'ole US of A. And most especially with pilots both prior to
de-regulation and post 9/11" though most all took a hit in the "jobs"
dept. in this
respect, anyway.
