This is a 'Reply All'.  It will be sent to you and the list
-----

You need to check the To:  and the CC: lines in the mail message. 
Then your mailer will support at least 2 functions, one is 'Reply' and the 
other is 'Reply All'.   Reply will send your response to just the sender of 
the message.  Reply All will reply to everyone in the To: and CC: lines.  If 
the original message is sent to just you then Reply and Reply All are 
equivlent.
