Hi all,
I'm finally putting my Midget 1500 back together after rebuilding the
heater and doing other assorted things (electronic ignition, new coil,
cooling system overhaul). So this will probably be the first of many
daft questions in the next few weeks.
My heater tap was seized, so I bought the replacement heater valve kit
from MGOC, which has a cable-operated valve in place of the original part,
which is NLA.
Problem is, one of the rotten parts on my car was the _lower_ part of
the tap - the bit underneath, not the bit with the actual lever on.
This part is also NLA and is not part of the kit.
I don't have facilities to fabricate any parts myself.
So - anyone know of anyone breaking a Midget 1500, preferably in the UK?
Otherwise I'm shagged...
