I think that the Burgers of The British Parts Connection might be the name
the George is trying to remember. They meet the qualifications as northeast
(live in Maine), maybe Texas (travel here at least twice a year according to
their update emails), and are Moss resellers.

Actually, I think he is thinking of George Merriwether on the Texas front
and Dick and Ginger Burger from The British Parts Connection on the North
East. Special Ed is neither Texas nor North East.
