Each of the names that I was able to decode now has OWN e-mail address.
Set up an account in what ever e-mail program you use as:
Incoming mail (POP3) as mail.illiniahca.org
and
outgoing mail (SMPT) as mail.illiniahca.org
You may also set up your OWN WebMailBox at http://webmail.illiniahca.org

You may use this "service" freely and often. It may become your only
address if desired. You may send pictures, etc..
Once your e-mail program is set up it will act just like and other e-mail.
