Loose low tension wire in the distributor or at the coil.
Maybe a loose rivet at the coil where the wire connects.
Bum condenser also would do the same thing.
Weak diaphram in the fuel pump. Look inside the floats the next time it 
stalls out. If you have fuel in them, suspect ignition for sure.
