The website is still there (http://www.aircompressorsettlement.com/).
The deadline to file is October 21, so I wouldn't expect to hear anything
before then.

Anyone seen any updates on the Air Compressor Class Action lawsuit. I recall
reading that this was going to court in June with claims to be paid out
beginning in October. I can't find the link I saved re. this lawsuit. anyone
