Once again I learn a lesson the messy way. For my blast cabinet I built a
"Frank Clarici Blast Cabinet Bong", (tm). My bong has been a dance between
not enough water and the water getting suck out by the shop vacuuming. My
solution is that I built a baffle that is about 3/5 of the way up th bong. I
am going to powder coat it and I had a bunch of suspension parts that needed
to be blasted and powder coated.

So with my bong low on water I start blasting away. About an hour later I
finish up and turn around. My MG looks like it was covered in frost! It
seem my shop vacuuming sucked the dust and busted beads through the waterless
bong and blasted them out the vacuuming exhaust port and all over the car, the
floor, the crap I had piled around etc. It is my fault for not adding water
to the bong. What a mess! That grit is everywhere; I think I will be
finding it for years. It is lessons like this that you don't forget.

Tomorrow night I will PC the baffle and add a fill port to the top of the bong
to make it easier to add water. That is the plan unless I learn stupid shop
trick number 28.
