Hello Kurtis,

it may seem obvious to those who have done it so many times as
to make it "routine" but here goes anyway...

you have to take the mounting BLOCKS out with the engine. you
can't just loosen it from the engine mounting rubber pad
thingies. .. .. after you have the engine loose, and lifted up
a little, then there is space to remove first the passenger
side pad .. then swing the engine a little to that side and you
can get the other mounting block off. .. otherwise its a real
pain! notice the difference in the mounting blocks... one is
cut to go around the steering column... keep track when you go
       to put the engine back!

pulling the tranny WITH the engine? if so, you want the front
of the car on jackstands... HIGHER than the back, to have room
for the tranny to swing down enough to get the angle you need
to pull the whole works out. not a big deal if you're just
       taking the engine tho. ..

       good luck... keep us posted!
