I looked at this when I bought my Speedwell Sprite, thinking I might want 
to use it on the street in the off-season, but as we modified the car to 
improve its racing performance the changes needed to reconfigure for the 
street got to be too much. Anyway, I think turn signals may be optional 
(you can use hand signals), but don't forget the horn, license plate lamps, 
and bumpers.
