There is no easy way.  The best access to the bleeder screw can be had by
putting the car up on jacks (all four corners) and getting underneath. 
The access hole is just too small to deal with, and my hands aren't that
big.

It takes a LOT of pumping (from your lovely assistant) before anything
happens.

I fill the slave cylinder with a squirt oil can full of brake fluid
connected to the bleed screw.  Preferably while the slave cylinder is
hanging down (not bolted to transmission).  This helps push the air up
through the hose and the clutch master.
