engine swap

Hey all!!!
As some of you may know I have been contemplating an engine swap in my 74
RWA.  Well last night I have had the wanted engine presented to me for
CHEEEEAP!!!!  Its a 2001 Honda S2000 DOHC 2.2L with 6-speed, wiring harness,
ECU and ignition switch.  If wanted I can have the IRS as well.  Now the
hard part: will it fit???  I can't find any external engine dimensions for
it.  Does anybody have the info or a link to it??  240HP in a 1400lb car
sounds like a blast to me!!!
