Hi all, with your excellent suggestions my brake light issues on my Midget
have been resolved. It was the switch, the pin in the middle was gone.
Now I'm onto my floating speedo. At any given time, of course not when I'm
sitting still, my speedo needle will float covering a wide range of speeds.
I haven't pulled the cable off yet.
Ideas on which way to proceed?
Also there was a question a few days back about a radio in a Midget. I
ended up putting in a six speaker set up in mine. A Panasonic deck, I did
need to fab a 1 inch thick spacer for the front. I put two 4 inch mids in
the console, two tweeters high up in the doors, and two speakers in the back
panel.. They are all run through two passive crossovers. The deck has a
built in amp 4 x 30 and a 10 CD changer in the trunk. Wires every where but
turned out well.
