I get 25 MPG or so in my 1275 Bugeye with DCOE Weber. 
When I drove the car home from KY to FL, I got 45+
with a 948 on 55 MPH backroads.  I get 30 or so with
my bone-stock 1275 Midget.  I go through 5 gallons per
25 minute session in the race Sprite, or about 8 MPG!
