Re: Muffler and exhaust pipe effects

I recently switched to the JC Whitney double glass pack.
It's quieter than the cherry bomb and I can now hear the radio over the 
exhaust but it's not too quiet.
I know, some guys enjoy listening to their exhaust note but I like 
variety ;)
Same old song gets boring on 3 hour trips.

I would stick with the 1.75 pipe and muffler. 2" is too big especialy on 
a stock 1275. My 1275 is built and 1.75 works just fine.
My son's Mini is a 1380 with a wild cam, He has a 2" system on it.
He is going to replace it with a 1.75. His car is loudest small car in town.
