Not sure who's it was... might have even been Just Ed's....

But many years ago at a Healey event, I saw my first bugeye with a body
colored hardtop... this one was red on red.

Man oh man was it cool.

Mike,

All factory hardtops for Bugeye's were painted Old English White.  As  
I recall the inside of our top was bare fiberglass but would not to  
be held to that.
