The 1500 has a threaded fitting just below the dizzy pedistal. '75-'77
1500s had the dual gauge piped into here, and '78-79 cars had the sender
for the idiot light screwed in here. I installed a T-fitting, so I run
both the idiot light and a gage.

Right on, Billy. But I think Cyrille runs a 1500 
so he's probably pretty much stuck with 
an electric gauge (I think...got no experience with this motor).
