Dude,
One advantage of having always had questionable taste
is that there are rarely regrets like that.  My first
car, bought off a dealer's used lot in 1984 after
getting a loan of an entire summer's pay from my Dad,
was a 1978 MGB.  The car was mint, I paid $2500 for
it.  Today, that same car in mint condition is
probably worth nearly $2900.
