As a resident of said state (Louisiana) let me explain that they
don't realize that most of the rest of the world exists. The phrase,
"Way up North" refers not to those of you in Canada, nor New England,
Nor even Arkansas, it refers to Shreveport... so take anything
coming from Louisiana with a grain of.. umm.. with a coupla strong
drinks, kinda in the spirit in which it was stated..
