My dad has a shop 100 miles away from me. I was going to go up there one
weekend to pull my wheels off and paint them. Before I got there they
pulled the wheels off, dismounted the old tires, bead blasted the wheels,
one of the mechanics primed them, then they called a painter in to spray the
color. In the body shop were lots of leftover cans of paint. I dug through
all of the silver and picked out a likely looking suspect, which was
originally a silver undercoat.
