Mark,
         The Moss Motors catalog does a good job on this. It takes a 
little spatial figuring to make the leap from their diagram, but 
there are several brands of bearing whose writing may be on the 
thrust, or on the non-thrust side. Honest, the Moss book does a good 
job on this.
