"StarBrite", that's the stuff I was trying to think of. Thanks Ed. This was 
great stuff. I used it on a Midget body I salvaged from a junk yard. Car was 
completely oxidized and you just wiped the stuff on, let it dry and wiped it 
off. Only needed for badly oxidized paint.
