Hey! I like those ugly bumpers! I have a lead on a 5 speed transmission,
which should bolt on, according to 'some'. But then, apparently you have to
change the drive shafts, which I'm told bolt on, compared to the 4 speed's,
which insert in. I'm not sure if he has has those as well. Then, this newbie
wonders what surprises the other end of the shaft holds. Funding is a definite
issue. Are you saying that a Spider 2 litre engine will fit in there? I like
to tinker, but mostly I 'plan' to tinker, but don't have time or money. :)
This car and the LBCs have enough to do besides my overwhelming
household/family stuff, that stock maintenance or bolt on mods is enough
without taking on another project.
