Without a doubt, a 1967 12 CC series! Thin wall but had the cross-drilled EN40B 
nitrided crank, Cooper S rods, pre-smog head, and the highest HP of the 1275s. 
A Mini Cooper head from the same year might be marginally better if you compare 
stock...
