Got new gaskets on the pump and the T'stat, new
cap screws on the T'stat, new bypass hose. All clamps
tight.
Engine NOT running. Fill radiator with coolant.
Coolant drips down just behind the fan-belt pulley.
Apparently from under the water pump ??
Not from the weep hole, it's on top (should it
be???).
Got a new gasket on pump, which doesn't rule that
out I guess.
So where can it be leaking from??
Next I will remove the fan and pulley, reconnect
the radiator, and refill, and check again.
Oh yes, it's still a 72 1275.
