The steering side motor mount stays bolted to the chassis. Undo the rubber 
mount piece on that side so that the steel mount on the front engine plate 
comes off there. On the opposite side, the whole mount is attached to the 
front, free from the chassis. As you lift the engine in, line up the steering 
side first and start the nuts after getting the bolts through the front plate 
mount. Then shift (wiggle) it around until the opposite side motor mount lines 
up with the three bolt holes. Replace the bolts, tighten everything up and, 
viola!
