These measurements are from the from of the rocker.
Front buffer, front screw....2" back, 1" off the back panel.
Rear buffer, front screw.....13-3/8" from the front of the rocker,
3/4" off the back panel.
Note that the front buffer is in a different spot from the back panel
because the rocker curves out.
These measurments are from 2 different cars, both sides, each measured
the same.
