Uh?!  That was 10 months! ( not weeks )

Anyway, in theory, all he has to do is take lots of pictures and submit them 
over the 10 month period.  Or have the first several weeks document the resto 
and the next several show the vehicle being driven and the next several with 
the new owner and how they're returning it to it's former condition.  :)
