Can anyone name the movie which has Jackie Chan, jumping over the rear of a 
midget, into the driver's seat to chase/escape the villains?
   
  I think it's one of the "Police Story" series, but I really can't be tossed 
trauling through all of them for this particular few seconds of  brilliance....
