I am doing the same thing at the moment, do you glue the felt in the channel
and if so what did you use?

Only one panel was meant to slde but you can make both slide.
Use fabric store felt for the tracks.
Lexan (brand) plexiglass from Home cheapo works great for new windows.
Or bring them with you Saturday, we can fix.
