Make one from a cheap pump sprayer. Remove the spray nozzle add a length of  
tubing, attach to an old master cylinder cap, modified with a hose fitting, 
fill tank wth fluid, pump and bleed.
Just don't forget to drain it before spraying your Petunias next summer...
