Idle speed

She starts and runs too good.

I can not get the RPM down to acceptable levels.

Throtle adjustment screws clear off. Linkage is adjusted properly. Used WD 40
to test for leaks. Flats at 11 both.

Supose the needles need to be adjusted out a bit, can you have them too close
to flat with the bottom of the pistons?

Ideas??
