Bud, by quarter turn fastener, do you mean Dzus studs?
If so, try Aircraft Spruce. They have 3/8.

I have lost one of the four quarter turn fastener studs that hold the trunk
on SilverStreak. I need to find the right size replacement. But the diameter
of my studs is 3/8 inch, and Pegasus and Winner's Circle only carry 5/16"
studs. Who are other suppliers of these fasteners? Summit does not appear to
carry these. Kris - do you remember where you got these fasteners? TIA.
