Pistons come up in pairs. The motor shouldn't care which one is
firing and which one is exhausting.
Options:
Remove the drive dog pin from the dizzy shaft, turn the drive dog 180
and reinstall the pin.
Or, turn the dizzy housing 180.
Pull the timing cover and verify timing chain(belt?) marks.
Run the motor. I don't think it cares.
