Yes, Frank, I was shocked and saddened to read in the London Times that now
even the Chinese government its factories make some crappy junk. Including
telephone batteries that explode and kill.....their own people!

world's factory, but more and more countries are questioning whether its
economy is booming at the expense of their citizens' health, as indeed are the
Chinese themselves."
Even the Chinese government's own bureaucrats are getting the chop! "The
former head of the state food and drug administration , Zheng Xiaoyu, was
sentenced to death in May for approving sub-standard drugs that subsequently
killed 10 people." (Iguess that is why he is the "former head".)
