In case you were curious...
Install an alternate browser (IE7, Firefox, whatever) so as not to lose the
cookies you value.
There are quite a few numbers and letters which will never appear in the
captcha; I 1 O 0
Keystrokes are your friends. After typing in the captcha code, Tab then
Space will cast your vote; F5 will refresh the screen, ready for you to
click the picture of the cheesehead then click in the voting slot and
repeat. As a non-touch-typist, I can still vote 5 to 7 times per minute this
way.
If you mistype the captcha, it is faster to click the link saying you
couldn't read it, Tab to the text field and type the new one than to edit
your original mistake.
If you get the server error screen, click in the address bar and hit Enter.
Chicago has never voted like this before...
