Today's issue of The Telegraph of London has a great section on "Motor
Innovations: A look at how the motor car evolved over the years in terms of
its shape and performance." It has a ton of photos of the oldies and goodies,
including this on the Austin-Healey Frogeye Sprite: "Austin-Healey introduced
the MkI Sprite in 1958. Due to its protruding headlights it got the nickname
"Frogeye". Although performance wasn't exactly blistering (it had just 43hp on
tap) the Sprite was great fun to drive."
